GIRDHAR BALWANI - FOUNDER DIRECTOR
A general management, pharmaceutical professional with 34 years’ experience across Asia-Pacific consistently surpassing P&L deliverables. Demonstrated strengths in sales, marketing, alliance management and business development, besides supervision of medical, manufacturing, finance and human resources. Set up, nurtured and grew affiliates in the Asia Pacific region including India.
Last position held was Managing Director, Menarini (formerly known as Invida India Pvt. Ltd.) - a company that pioneered Contract Sales Services in India and was the leading provider of CSO services, besides marketing their own pharmaceuticals formulations. Previous experience include UCB Pharma as Regional General Manager - South East Asia & Managing Director, India, Rhone Poulenc as Marketing Manager and Roussel Pharmaceuticals as Product Manager.
SANDEEP TANDON - ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Experienced high performance , Sales leader with 30+ years’ experience across Asia & Africa markets Demonstrated strengths in Sales, Commercial Strategy, HCP marketing, Alliance Management , Institutional Sales, Online Pharmacy & Retail Pharmacy Chain and commercial excellence in FMCG/FMCH industry. Launched and scaled up multiple OTC/OTX businesses in topmost companies like Dumex, Ranbaxy, Boehringer, Sanofi & Roche, building brands like Revital, Volini, Dulcoflex, Accucheck and Accuifine.
AGNELO D'SILVA - FOUNDER DIRECTOR
A pharmaceutical sales professional with 34 years of experience across Sales & SFE, and Supply Chain functions in large and mid–sized multinational organizations managing sales teams and delivering objectives through highly ethical business practices, CSO operations expertise of over 5 years with pan India exposure handled over 1600 field force under CSO operations, for MNCs.
Last position held was Director - Sales for Menarini (formerly known as Invida India Pvt. Ltd.) a leading provider of CSO services in India besides marketing their own pharmaceuticals formulations. Previous experience includes MNCs like UCB India Pvt. Ltd., as Director - Sales, Serdia Pharmaceuticals as National Sales Manager, Johnson & Johnson India as District Manager and Wockhardt as Professional Sales Representative.
